"SPROUT OF NEW HOPE"
Bryan Protacio was a scholar and a freshman college student. One day, a bank robbery happened near their school vicinity. Policemen couldn't match up with the much superior weapons of the robbery gang. Witnessing the unpleasant incident, Bryan immediately change to his alter-ego.
Meanwhile, a struck of lightning from above manage to stop the attack of the robbery gang to the policemen and by-stander civilians. One-by-one, our hero beat them down until the only one left was the gang leader who managed to get a hostage. Our hero manage to rescue the hostage however, the gang leader turn into a "mutated human monster" after he swallowed a "mysterious tablet".
A fierce battle took place that almost broke down some of the establishment in the area. However, our hero was shocked witnessing his foe saving a child from a falling debris. By then, he noticed that his foe was just being force by circumstances and by someone who has the power to control human mind.

Our hero summon a lightning that re-charge his power and knocked-down his foe without killing it. Policemen especially Tsip Baguito was happy for the reinforcement of the mysterious hero.
The "mutated human monster" that our hero fought was not the real villain. Who could it be? On the next issue, the story behind the hero and villain will be highlighted.
